Clinton needs to retire.......................

Ya know, I absolutely can't stand it when someone has to make up stories to try and get people to believe they are better than someone else. And who do you think would have the guts to try and compare himself to Ms. Rosa Parks, but BILL CLINTON. He is pathetic. If I were Hillary, I would have dumped his creepy butt a long time ago. He had no business bringing himself into her eulogy, and make himself seem like a hero. He has to be one sick guy if he needs attention drawn to himself when a woman like Rosa took the risk of being killed for her rights. He has no clue. What a jerk. What an idiot, why is he still being asked to give speeches and eulogies? I bet Rosa was truning in her grave the poor thing, better yet, her and Dr, Martin Luther King are probably up in heaven right now laughing their hind ends off. Bill give it a rest would ya!! Stay home, and shut the blinds, we don't care about you, you had your chance to shine and you blew it (oops) Now, take a sit seat and give it up. Pathetic, just pathetic.

Pumpkins, leaves and fresh fall air........

Today I spent a bit of time outdoors, and I can honestly say there is nothing like the smell of the brisk fall air, the sight of orange pumkins, and the leaves falling from trees. I love all the seasons of course, but fall is so full of colors and freshness. I like it very, very much. Next around the corner, is winter, and really the only cool thing to me about that season is SNOW, I love the snow! I just hate shoveling it!! Just some food for thought :)

A Good Read.............

A few years ago, i purchased a book, "The Cases That Haunt Us", by: John Douglas and Mark Olshaker. I am intrigued by forensic science, and I have been studying it for a few years now, in hopes that one day I can assist with some of the unsolved past cases, and unfortunately whatever pops up in between, and so on. Anyhoo, this book is loaded with real unsolved murder cases, such as Lizzie Borden, Jon Benet Ramsey, God rest her soul, even Jack the Ripper. With each case the authors give you information and details that you may not have heard anywhere else, thought printing of letters, profiling, background information, clues, and much more. I recently picked up this book again to re-read the ransome note left at the Ramsey's home. It made me think back to the day it was broadcasted on the news that Jon Benet was at first missing, then later found dead in her home. Very sad, and disturbing, it still gives me chills. This book let's you in on why these crimes either have not been solved or were closed without ever finding out who the perpetrator was, therefore, they got away with murder. If you are interested in forensics or criminal investigations, this is a great book to read and gain knowledge about some of the biggest unsolved murder cases ever. Just thought you might wanna' know. Marie :)

"A Distressed City"

The following is something I found while surfing the web, I have no idea of it's origin, or maker, but, I did find it Humorous.

Los Angeles Times: November 24

Banning, Blythe and Barstow no longer qualify as "distressed" cities under federal guidelines, nor do Adelanto, Lake Elsinore, or Loma Linda.

But Beverly Hills does.

According to a new U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development list, Beverly Hills can apply for about $56 million a year in business development grants reserved for small cities suffering "physical and economic distress."

Are there copy cats out there???

I can't help but think that maybe all of the publicity and commentary that has been aired throughout the Natalee Holloway investigation, that maybe, just maybe there are some sickos out there that are pursuing their fantasies because they are intrigued by the unsolved case of the disapearance of Natalee Holloway. Today, I came across two more missing ladies while visiting another blog, Christie Wilson of California, 27 has been missing since August and Sue Ann Ray of Georgia, 26. There may be foul play in both disappearances, but my question is: what is going on in this world? Stop the madness already!

Happy Birthday Taylor Behl.............

As the rain fell on a chilly October day, a family ever so sadly laid to rest the young college student Taylor Behl on the day which was to be her 18th birthday yesterday. Balloons tied to her casket and memories still so fresh, the nightmare of what happened to victim Taylor Behl is now being unleashed the accused killer, Ben Fawley. While being locked in isolation in a Richmond ,VA prison, Ben Fawley has started to tell authorities what really went on the night Taylor's life ended. A gas station witness remembers Fawley driving a car fitting the description of Taylor's white Ford Escort, and the pieces of this dark, evil puzzle are being slowly put together.
No matter how quickly or slowly the obviously disturbed Fawley confesses his tale of that night, nothing, ever, can bring back, the beautiful, vibrant, and so young Taylor Behl who had only begun the journey of life. May she rest in peace, may God comfort her family.
And may Fawley rot in Hell.
Couldn't help that comment, but, he is just a sick human being that should be wiped of the planet.

Dear Taylor Biel, Please Help Us Find Natalee Holloway

I am at peace knowing that now at least Taylor's family has her remains, and although the barbarous act never should have occurred, I think it will help in the healing process for her family as they grieve. At least they know where she is, as unfortunate as it may be.

I came to this conclusion due to the fact that I have been following the Natalee Holloway disappearance since the very beginning, and her mother and father have nothing, not one piece of evidence to help find her, or to convict the boys that were last seen with her. I feel for them, I pray for them, and I am feel so sorry for them.

As I tucked in my son tonight, I looked at his sweet face, and I thought" thank you lord for this moment in time, and for all I have, especially this beautiful 9 year old boy". Cherish each second my friends, love your kids with all your might, and protect them, and educate them the best you know how. God will handle the rest.

Thankful

Thank you Lord, for my son and I are safe, sheltered, warm, and happy.
May those who have suffered any tragedy, big or small, find a place of peace and safety soon. I am just in a very, very, appreciative state right now, and I want you all to know it and maybe be thankful too. Marie

Taylor Behl......

All I can post about this are my feelings, and this is, so very, tragic, and sad. My thoughts and prayers to her loved ones and friends. May her killer be tormented in hell forever!!!!

A Way Of Life I guess..............

I went an entire week without my PC due to some issues. I had no contact with some friends and sites and all of the other addicting stuff you can check out online. I hated every second of it. I love my PC, I enjoy surfing the web, meeting new people and exploring. I suppose others feel this way too. The PC is a way of life now, and it is here to stay as far as I am concerned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lynndie England...only 3 years???

WOW......was that lenient. She is only lucky girl. She exploits, humiliates, degrades, and and assists in sexual assault, then gets off with 3 years? She blames Graner for everything she participated in and then even tries to use the old "I was abused as a child routine". Well, my opinion is this: I saw many graphic photos of the incidents in question, and I was shocked. I can't believe that a young girl would get a thrill out of mocking a pyramid of naked foreign men, point at their genitals, then pose for a photo with a grin from ear to ear...have sex in front of them, and more. From what I saw, she was having a sadistic thrill of a time and smiling and posing with a gun and loving it. She may have remorse now, but, what she did was wrong. And if you are that easily influenced as you say, you have issues. She got off easy in my opinion. Those men were for already paying for their crimes by being in prison, her and her partner punished and exploited these men over and over which is morally wrong. She shouldn't even be a parent. She was there to protect and serve, not perform sadistic acts and have sex. She is even worse in my eyes now for trying to put blame on anyone else, she is responible for her own actions, and the military should have seen that too, I am a vet, and I am appalled.

Mandatory Pyschiatric Evalution........

......for all first time pregnant couples....that is my latest idea...I believe would cut the child abuse rate down...don't you think? Food for thought!

This is beginning to remind me of ATLANTIS.....

You know, as I sit and ponder and question why God would want to engulf our planet with a disasterous tsunami to east, and the massive flooding these hurricanes have brought in , as though they have been passing through like there is no end to their evil line-up. I relate almost everything in my life to a reason why God may have intended for it to ocurr. And this one, baffles me. My scariest thoughts are these.......Maybe with all of the war, hatred, murder, rape, child abuse, kidnapping, lying, stealing, and cheating going on in this world, GOD has said "enough is enough, this place is out of control, and you do not deserve what I have given to you, I can take it back at any moment." And with this in mind, I would think, are we going to be swallowed up by the great seas, like the mystery of Atlantis, and GOD can start over, without all of the mayhem. Sick thought to some, or maybe not if you think about it. But, I can tell you this my friends, when the time comes, whenever that may be, I know in my heart of hearts I was a patient, kind, and fun as they come. Live today like there is no tomorrow. Cherish each step you take, and each moment with loved ones, because today, is really all that matters right now anyway.

Gasoline and Cigarettes.......

With the cost of gasoline lately, I have taken up bike riding. I have had a bike for about 5 years, a nice Schwinn mountain bike too, I just drove everywhere. I also cut back on the nasty , nasty smoking habit. But, ya know...with the cost of gas...and the nice feeling of being outdoors...I may keep that vehicle thing parked in the driveway more often. Why did it take me so long? Because I am in hurry, and lazy I presume. And, if people quit buying cigarettes too.....maybe taking a deep breathe outdoors would actually be HEALTHY while I am riding my bike....just food for thought people, just food for thought :)

Aren't there happy endings anymore??

Natalee Holloway...Helios Airways..Thomas Herrion..Hurricanes Katrina & Rita... Peter Jennings...Taylor Behl...and much much more I am not posting....all tragic in some form. I am still following many of these that are unsolved.

So, with that, I must say Bravo Zulu to the Jet Blue pilots and crew for a safe landing. Something good can happen in this world afterall.......some were beginning to wonder. Thank you Lord!

Hurricanes: GO AWAY!!

Why? Why? Why? That is the only word that comes to my mind when I hear about all of these outlaw hurricanes popping up lately. I feel so sad, and sorry for those that have had to start new lives because of them, or have lost loved ones because of their power and destruction. I can't believe all of this. God, be with us all, and please take those hurricanes and steer them back out to sea where they belong. Amen.

Be Thankful......

Today, I am especially thankful for many things in my life, but, above all, I am thankful for GOD for giving me life and for these special treats I am blessed with #1 is My son "T" (what a doll baby), Ronnie, Lorie & J & Tash, Katie & ?, Rich (you go Mr. G :), Linda, Aunt Joan and crew, Brianna, MGBSB, my kitties, my home, my riding buddies (even though I have not replaced my bike yet,boo hoo), Terhune Heating and Air Conditioning and that massive crew!, my girlie friends, my email buds, Phil from NZ, Riehl World View (great blogger!), my "gifted" friend at Echo who enlightens me each day, and everyone else that makes me smile. You all ROCK :)

Why do we get sick?

Is it a sign to slow down? Does your body need to rid the nasty germs posessing your insides? Is it a mystery.......OR JUST THOSE GREMS THAT A NEW SCHOOL YEAR HAS SENT HOME WITH YOUR CHILDREN??? I believe it's a combination of all of them. Yup...you guessed it, I have been sick. It was horrible too. I felt like a 2 year old or something. My 9 year old was even making me soup :) Well, anyway, be well my friends, and take care of those soul vessels some call bodies, because you only get 1...so make it a healthy one, and keep it happy!....TTFN, Marie

Pledge of Allegiance

I understand in today's worped society, some of us Americans have mixed views on certains beliefs, so my advice to those protesting the pledge, just don't say it, if you don't believe in it. If you want to practice Atheism, that's your own free will, but, my free will is to honor, and obey God , and by erasing hundreds of years of American hopes and dreams, is not going to change much right now, just make hatred more promenent in an unraveling and fraying world. Great morals to pass on to the next generation. NOT. Just my morning coffee thoughts.

Bewildered

Since the disapearance of Natalee Holloway I have followed all of the latest on her. I even found my self calling the FBI one night because of something I saw on the internet. I just can't believe that after all this time, no one, not anyone, has come forward with good solid evidence to prosecute someone. It's almost like OJ Simpson was on that island and maybe he showed them how to do it....you know that sneaker they found? I bet if Joran tried it on it would be TOO BIG.....just my thoughts. 9/14/2004

Serenity Is Bliss

Can you really have peace, happiness and enjoyment while on this earth? ABSOLUTELY DAHHHHHLINGS :)

It comes from within. Only you can make yourself happy. It can be a long journey, but, it's worth the trip...so get moving...go on...what are you waiting for ?

Ya know, so many people wonader around this earth feeling as though they have to keep running, and working, and commuting and struggling and stressing....that's what the corporate world is all about , RIGHT? Well, no one is forcing you to live like a robot, flustered and tired and overworked, and don't forget all of the responsibilities when you return home to the dungeon. I personally gave up that horrific scene a while ago. And I have never been happier. If you are interested in what I do, please check out my profile and you can email me. I will share my secrets with you, and help you discover a whole new world you never knew existed!! Sorry to those of you that disagree with me, but, money does bring some happiness, especially when it's my mine :)

PONDER THIS:
Now, with that, I must say, that so many people, are actually working a job or doing something they really do not want to do. WHY? Can't you simply say, "no, thanks ....or nah, I would rather not" I have found in my own personal experiences in life that I would do anything anyone asked me to do, whether I wanted to or not, or even if I was completely going out of my way. Why is that? Well, because most people are being controled and NOT in control. Taking control of your life is probably the most important gift you can give yourself. You are your own boss. No one else. Saying, NO, or disagreeing with someone is you right. So, the next time someone asks you to do something so out of your way, or something that really is not your cup of tea...than SAY NO. You make actually feel like a big person too :) But, always, always, be polite! 9/13/2005

Forensics Anyone?
I was checking out the good ole' Dr. Bass' website (ya know, The Body Farm) anyway, they do some pretty intense reseach out there. Bodies left to rot in all sorts of contraptions and settings. This is where science and criminal investigation go hand in hand. Does anyone realize how many cases are solved because of these experiments? A LOT!! I wonder if you can get that marked on your donor card? Ya know, to donate your body to the Anthropology Research Facility? Oh, by the way, that is the real name of The Body Farm. It is located at the University of Tennessee. Since 1980, Dr. Bass' has been conducting his research there. A novel by Patricia Cornwell featured the research center in it calling it"The Body Farm". Alas.....we have the new nickname known by many forensic fans.
